Sweeping, soaring melodies from Mendelssohn and Brahms always make for an uplifting pairing, and coupled with a new piece by the revered composer John Rutter, this is set to be a fanfare performance fitting of the Oxford Philharmonic’s Silver Jubilee.

After making their debut at the Barbican back in November 1998, the Oxford Philharmonic have become known for bringing new and engaging interpretations to well-known works where no two performances are the same.
